Visiting La Boutique del Whisky
Everything you need to plan your night — where we are, how to get here, and what to expect. We're a whisky bar in Patio Bonito, El Poblado, built for tasting and conversation, not for a loud night out.
Where we are & getting here
Second floor, Cra. 45 #5-46, Patio Bonito, El Poblado — Medellin. We're two blocks from Avenida Las Vegas, on a calm street away from the noise.
- From Parque Lleras / Provenza: a 10–15 minute walk, or a 5-minute taxi. Easy on foot if you're staying nearby.
- From the El Poblado metro station: a short taxi or Uber ride — it's uphill, so most people don't walk it.
- From most Poblado hotels & Airbnbs: usually 5–15 minutes by taxi or ride app.
- Parking: we don't have our own lot, but there's a paid private lot nearby. Taxis and ride apps drop you right at the door.
Reservations & what to expect
You can walk in any evening and grab a seat at the bar. For groups, or for our monthly themed tasting (limited seats), we recommend booking ahead by WhatsApp.
Expect an intimate, low-lit lounge — a place to sit, ask questions and take your time. Patio Bonito is one of El Poblado's calmer corners; this is not a party spot. A guided tasting is a flight of 3–4 drams (about 40 minutes to 1½ hours), led by a certified guide who explains each pour — or simply order by the dram from the menu. There's no dress code: come as you are. The menu is in English, and we're happy to guide you in English.

Monday to Saturday, 2:30 PM – 12:00 AM. Closed Sundays.
Payment
Cash, debit card, credit card and bank transfer. We do not accept Nequi. Prices are in Colombian pesos (COP); a 10% service tip is customary.
